GRAPE VARIETY: Groppello - ALCOHOL CONTENT: 17% VOL – DESCRIPTION: Inchino is born from the encounter between the typical characteristics of a native grape variety of Garda Classico, the Groppello, with the elegance of calisaya and gentian. This combination gives it sweetness and softness but, at the same time, originality for its strongly spicy yet well-balanced taste. PRODUCER: The creator of this wine is Luigi Negri who, in honor of his father Angelo's (not yet finished) career, wanted to give life to this highly original product, unique in the enological landscape of Brescia. PAIRING: Dark chocolate with a low percentage of cocoa in its multiple variations and, in particular, used in the preparation of "Dolci Inchini", pralines of Criollo chocolate from Ecuador filled with pure Inchino. Also interesting in the preparation of aperitifs and desserts made with chestnuts, or a very particular zabaglione. Perfect also for flavoring risottos or roasts.
