Le Chiusure - Malborghetto
THE CLOSURES
The company has been operating under this name since 1989, the year of the first grape harvest, and is run by Alessandro Luzzago. Graduated in agricultural sciences, he confirmed his "agricultural" vocation by reclaiming the family property. The choice of the toponym Le Chiusure (due to the presence of ancient walls enclosing the property) as the company name and other toponyms as names of the wines, are a demonstration of Alessandro's connection with the territory.
Throughout all these years, the company has worked with great determination, shaping harvest after harvest wines with a strong territorial identity, showcasing today all the potential of the soils and the finesse of the groppello grape. Here are then clear, tense rosés, fresh and mineral, far from certain trendy aromatic excesses, and red wines that best showcase that subtle spicy weave that only the groppello can provide.
MALBORGHETTO
Benaco Bresciano Rosso
Rebo 70%, Merlot 30%
This wine has the peculiarity of being based on the rebo grape, a variety born after 1950 in Trentino from the crossbreeding of Teroldego with Merlot. After a few decades, Rebo was planted on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, yielding surprising results. The vineyards of the Le Chiusure company were planted in 1992 and have now reached full maturity. They give life to a warm, concentrated, and tannic wine that, combined with the fruitof the Merlot, finds balance in the classic aging in barriques. Theresult is intense and international. Not trivial.

- I'm sorry, but "fivi" is not an Italian word. It doesn't have a specific meaning in Italian. It could be a typo or a misspelling. If you have more context or information, I'd be happy to help you further.
