Closures - Valtenesi Portese
CLOSURES
The company has been operating under this name since 1989, the year of the first grape harvest, and is led by Alessandro Luzzago. Graduated in agricultural sciences, he confirmed his "agricultural" vocation by recovering the family property. The choice of the toponym Le Chiusure (due to the presence of ancient walls surrounding the property) as the company name and other toponyms as names of the wines, demonstrate Alessandro's connection to the territory.
Throughout these years, the company has worked with great determination, shaping wines with a strong territorial identity harvest after harvest, which today fully demonstrate the potential of the soils and the finesse of the groppello grape. This results in clear, tense, fresh and mineral white wines, far from certain trendy aromatic excesses, and red wines that best showcase that subtle spicy texture that only groppello can provide.

- I'm sorry, but "fivi" is not an Italian word. It doesn't have a specific meaning in Italian. It could be a typo or a misspelling. If you have more context or information, I'd be happy to help you further.
