Grape Variety: 100% Turbiana
Location: Hills of Lonato del Garda (Brescia)
Elevation: 200 meters above sea level
Soil: Morainic, with clay and a large presence of pebbles
Training System: Guyot
Harvest: Manual in the second half of September
Winemaking: Cold maceration of the grapes and racking.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days.
Maturation in steel for 3 months.
