Sansonina - Lugana Spontaneous Fermentation
A wine born from the increasing need to enhance the connection with the landscape of Garda. The strong identity of the territory is amplified by the desire to vinify the best grapes from one of the oldest vineyards in Lugana, the Vigna del Moraro Verde, rediscovering ancient winemaking traditions and focusing the work in the cellar on spontaneous fermentation. A long-lasting wine, where the minerality imparted by the soil harmoniously and indissolubly ties to the roundness, offering unique sensations of pleasure on the palate. On the nose, the wine is exalted, giving the glass a strong personality with notes of white flowers and ripe yellow fruit that evoke the scent of freshly harvested grapes.
