This wine takes its name from one of our "Cru" located in the vineyard to the north of the company. Named so because this plot is planted from north to south, with a different layout compared to the rest, which is why we call it "Mut en pè" meaning mountain standing
Straw yellow color with evident greenish tones. The aroma on the nose is fine, with distinct floral notes of lily of the valley and elderflower, and delicate fruity notes of apple and pear. On the palate, it has a good acidic backbone, structured and elegant.
Pairing: aperitifs, fish, raw meats, and light first courses
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C
Alcohol content: 13.5%
