Chardonnay - IGP Montenetto di Brescia

On the hill of Castenedolo, located between the city of Brescia and Lake Garda, the noble families of the city used to spend the summer months in their residences surrounded by vineyards.

Not only noble families from Brescia, but also distinguished personalities like Napoleon or the Queen of Cyprus, Caterina Cornaro, who in 1497 stayed there on the suggestion of her brother, the Podestà of Brescia, appreciating the peaceful rural atmosphere of the vineyards. The Casale Gabbadeo overlooks one of these estates where the Peri Bigogno winery still produces Chardonnay today using techniques that show absolute respect for the environment.

Fermented at controlled temperature, excellent as an aperitif or with any meal.
