Blend: Made from the native Turbiana grape variety, this wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It is a complex wine, well-structured, savory, with aromas of almond and hints of mineral notes. It has a very aromatic aftertaste with floral notes of citrus and vanilla.
Soil: Composed of a varied combination of predominantly calcareous clays rich in mineral salts.
Yield per hectare: Approximately 120 quintals.
Winemaking: Made with white grapes and primary fermentation carried out by selected yeasts at controlled temperature.
Harvest: Done with hand-selected grapes.
