ORIGIN : The vineyard is cultivated in a soil composed of layered clay located in the territory of Desenzano del Garda. Soft pressing and vinification at controlled temperature without excess to guarantee the authenticity of the wine.

VINIFICATION:
COLOR : Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
AROMA : Fruity and complex with a strong mineral note.
TASTE : Savoury, fresh, pleasantly salty and velvety with a slight aftertaste of bitter almond.
PAIRING : Perfect with appetizers and seafood. Excellent as an aperitif. Serve at 10°C.
