Duepini - Garda Riesling Doc Organic

This organic wine is produced with Riesling grapes coming from vines aged between 40 and 70 years, located on the highest hill in Picedo di Polpenazze del Garda. It is a wine that allows the variety to express scents of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit, with fresh and intense aromas. In the mouth, you can clearly perceive the minerality given by the morainic soils, making it a wine that is never heavy despite its pronounced aromatic intensity and pleasant at every stage of tasting. The meticulous control of the health of the organic grapes and each process of the production chain allows to obtain a quality product following organic principles, aiming for a product as natural as possible with low levels of sulfur and the exclusion of other exogenous products. We at Due Pini believe that Riesling is a great grape variety and that its cultivation on mineral-rich and skeletal soils can bring out its characteristics to the fullest.
