Ca Dei Frati - White B.Igt Bs Pratto
Pratto
The Pratto represents a challenge that we wanted to take on, breaking away from conventional schemes while maintaining unchanged respect for the territory. In this late harvest, the aromatic notes of Sauvignon vinified in steel, the softness of Chardonnay, and the finesse of Turbiana harmoniously come together with an exclusive result. On the nose, it highlights tropical fruit notes accompanied by a vegetal and mineral quality that enhance its finesse and elegance with a very communicative impact that induces salivation, stimulating tasting. On the palate, it is rich with an exquisite sweetness followed by balanced acidity and sapidity, ending with fruity and mineral notes. Ideal with structured appetizers such as foie gras crostini, delicate yet aromatic first courses, light and white meats, and fish with aromatic herbs.
Perfect with aged cheeses.
