Ca Dei Frati - Lugana Doc Brolettino
Brolettino
Lugana Doc
This is the wine of our great native grape variety: Turbiana.
Grapes harvested when fully ripe around mid-October and a talented soil give us a structured product with great aging potential.
Upon tasting, it fully reveals all its complexity.
On the nose, it highlights hints of ripe fruit, peaches, yellow apples, fleshy roses with fresh and balsamic notes.
The palate is enveloped by a decisive attack while maintaining all its freshness and elegance.
The full-bodied structure is accompanied by a tense acidity and the characteristic sapidity that completely cleanse the palate, leaving it filled with delicate aromas.
Ideal for winter soups, legumes and pasta with white sauces, white meats and poultry, medium-aged cheeses, fish in long and rich cooking methods, and shellfish.
