Lugana Doc
It is our pride, the wine that has made us known and continues to be the image of the company. It has a direct connection with its variety, the Turbiana, our native grape variety. Designed to be consumed in the year of production, it expresses the best of itself many years after bottling. In its youth, it is fresh, linear, and endowed with great finesse and elegance with delicate notes of white flowers and balsamic hints, hints of apricot and almond. Over time, it evolves expressing the mineral notes more assertively. The wine gains complexity with iodine hints, spices, and candied fruit. In the mouth, it is capable of enveloping the entire palate thanks to an important salty essence accompanied by lively and exuberant acidity. In its youth, it is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of around 10 degrees, with cold or delicate warm appetizers, and it pairs well with boiled, steamed, or grilled fish dishes.
