ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS | Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine on the nose, with a fruity bouquet of apricot, white peach, citrus, and a slight floral note, with delicate hints of jasmine. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with a medium to long persistence.

PAIRINGS | Excellent both as an aperitif and with meals. Ideal with risottos, fish dishes, white meats, and salads.
