PRODUCTION AREA: Morenic hills south of Lake Garda, municipality of Cavriana, Loc. Campagnolo.
TYPE OF SOIL: Morainic, sandy-gravelly, slightly calcareous.
TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon and Guyot.
AGE OF VINES: 40 years, yield per hectare 50-70 q.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Chardonnay 100%
HARVEST: Manual in crates in the first week of September.
WINEMAKING: Soft pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in stainless steel for 13-15 days at a temperature of 14-16°, racking and aging on fine lees for 6 months, with periodic batonnage.
BOTTLED: In the spring following the harvest, released after 2 months of bottle aging
COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. AROMA: Intense and persistent with fragrant hints of apple and tropical fruits.
TASTE: Balanced, well-structured, pleasantly harmonious, good sapidity and a persistent finish.
