Lugana DOC Metodo Classico Brut Produced with 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes using the traditional method. Intense straw yellow color with golden reflections, creamy foam and elegant, persistent perlage.
Clear and enveloping aroma, reminiscent of cypress, derived from a vineyard base of excellent richness.
Balanced and enveloping taste on the palate, lively and delicate, characterized by a silky acidic vein that gives extreme cleanliness.
Produced with pure Trebbiano di Lugana grapes using the traditional method. Intense straw yellow color with golden reflections, creamy foam and elegant and persistent perlage. Clear and enveloping perfume, with hints of cypress, derived from a vineyard base of excellent richness. Balanced and enveloping taste on the palate, lively and delicate, characterized by a silky acidic touch that provides extreme cleanliness. Harvesting is carried out in the second decade of September with manual selection of 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes
WINEMAKING
The must resulting from the pressing of whole grapes ferments thanks to the yeasts present on the grapes themselves at a controlled temperature of 16°C, in steel containers, until the moment of sparkling. The wine rests for 24 months where it evolves and matures thanks to the lysis of the yeasts, with the release of aromas resulting from cellular breakdown. The bottles are then placed on pupitres and clarified through remuage and subsequently through disgorging, removing the deposit.
