Sandrjolé represents for us the product that mostly aims to enhance the territorial typicalities of Valténesi, as it is a sparkling wine produced with the Metodo Classico of Groppello grape variety in purity.

Groppello is the native red grape variety of Lake Garda and in particular of Valténesi. With very ancient origins, Groppello is rightly considered difficult to cultivate due to the morphological characteristics of its clusters, which, having very compact berries, are easily prone to develop botrytis. It is the challenging task of the winemaker to prevent this from happening, in order to benefit from the best characteristics that this grape has to offer.
