Aging: in steel and then in autoclave.
Organoleptic Characteristics: a remarkable finesse with white flowers is perceived. Balanced in the mouth, with a subtle and persistent perlage.
Pairing: aperitifs, excellent with any meal, light hot and cold dishes.
