Soil composition: clay - morainic
Harvest: manual harvest at the end of August
Winemaking: obtained from soft pressing of the grapes; cold settling and fermentation at controlled temperature. Sparkling process in autoclave for a minimum of 40 days at 16-18°C, followed by stabilization and cold storage until bottling.
Description: fresh wine with pleasant bubbles, light greenish yellow color. Floral and fruity aroma with a soft and delicate taste.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C Volume: 11.5%
