Wine obtained from pure Trebbiano di Lugana grapes using the classic method. After an early harvest, it is subsequently bottle-fermented and left to rest on the lees for at least 48 months, acquiring its peculiar characteristics. The perlage is fine and persistent, the distinctly fruity aromas are accompanied by a fresh, savory taste that is at the same time creamy and defined, with delicate bubbles.

Manual harvesting in crates, soft pressing of whole grapes, alcoholic fermentation carried out by selected yeasts at controlled temperature.

Refermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging on lees for a period of at least 48 months. Manual disgorging by freezing the neck of the bottle and dosing with a liqueur based on wine that is very respectful of the product.

organoleptic analysis

Ideal as an aperitif, interesting for any meal. Excellent paired with hot and cold appetizers, recommended to accompany eggs, especially when cooked with asparagus.
