Le Vedrine - Brut Rose' Bio

Produced with Groppello Gentile grapes harvested before full ripening to reduce the alcohol content and enhance acidity.

The fermentation occurs in the bottle where yeasts and grape fructose are added. The contact with the yeasts lasts about 12-15 months, after which the process of remuage begins, which is the rotation of the bottles that allows the inert lees to concentrate on the bottle cap, where they will be frozen and expelled, allowing the bottle to be corked again with the classic mushroom cork.

Brut wine with an intense floral aroma with hints of bread crust and a characteristic mineral note that makes it unmistakable.
