La Guarda - Sparkling Brut 105 Rosé
Spumante Brut 105 Rosè
Charmat sparkling wine designed and produced by Gigi Negri with only Sangiovese grapes traditionally cultivated on their own estate in Castrezzone where they find the ideal soil and climatic conditions to express themselves at their best.
105 days separate the harvest of Sangiovese grapes from the bottling of the wine: a very short period precisely to allow the refermentation in autoclave to maintain and enhance, through effervescence, the characteristics of freshness, fruitiness, fragrance, youth, and primary aromas, reminiscent of must just extracted from the skins, keeping unchanged the typical varietal characteristics of Sangiovese.
The scents of Viola Mammola and wild berries are well highlighted, giving this sparkling wine a harmony and balance rarely found.
To the eye, it appears with a lively passionate pink color, with very pronounced and intriguing violet reflections. This young sparkling wine, greatly appreciated especially by female consumers, is perfect as an aperitif and excellent to accompany appetizers or dishes based on lake fish or white meats.
It is best enjoyed if served at a not too cold temperature, between 10 and 11°C, precisely not to alter the harmony and pleasantness of this Sangiovese.
