Grapes: 80% chardonnay, 10% pinot blanc, 10% pinot noir
Vineyard: terraced at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level, called Faido, in Navezze (a hamlet north of Gussago)

Yield per hectare: 80 q Color: straw yellow with light golden hues
Aromas: on the nose it is fine and persistent, with hints of bread crust and fragrances of white flowers.
Taste: fresh and fruity, with a note of minerality and typical sapidity of the terroir of origin.
Pleasant, harmonious and balanced. The perlage is very fine and persistent.
Alcohol content 12.5% vol.
Winemaking: Only the free-run juice, obtained from a light pressing of the best hillside grapes, harvested and hand-selected, ferments in stainless steel containers and rests until it is bottled for the secondary fermentation.
After a maturation period of at least 20 months, the bottles undergo riddling and disgorging before being packaged and put on the market, at least 2 months after this operation.
