Vineyard: on a predominantly clayey mixed soil. The vines are spur-pruned with a production of approx. 90q/ha.Harvest: manual, slightly early.

Fermentation: in steel tanks at controlled temperature (17°C). Refermentation: in autoclave with 90 days of yeast contact (Charmat method).

Color: light straw yellow with golden reflections, has a fine and very elegant perlage.

Aromas: intense floral note, typical varietal.

Flavors: quite soft, persistent.
