All our sparkling wines are produced according to the classic method and the different types are left to rest on the lees for varying periods of time. This is how we create our range of bubbles, represented by products that can be suitable for an aperitif, but also for a full meal. The sparkling wines stem from a great experience that enhances the potential of the grape varieties. To obtain excellent sparkling bases, the two winning cards are the early harvesting of the grapes and the gentle pressing of the musts.
