White sparkling wine obtained from red grapes
Classic method white sparkling wine, produced, bottled, and aged in our cellar. Made from Groppello grapes, which are brought to 0 degrees Celsius before gentle pressing to obtain a white wine from black grapes. It is a soft Brut with fine and non-intrusive bubbles. Excellent as an aperitif and ideal to accompany fish-based dishes. The production of this wine takes place using the ANCESTRAL METHOD: no external sugars are added during the sparkling process, but the natural sugars of the grapes are maintained even at the time of disgorgement, during the removal of the yeasts.
