The White Sparkling Wine Brut Bolle di Gioia is fresh and sweet, with the noble character that distinguishes the Riesling grape variety grown in our vineyards in Valtènesi. An elegant blend of Riesling Renano, Riesling Italico, and Incrocio Manzoni, obtained through the natural sparkling process in autoclave (Charmat method) with slow refermentation for two months at low temperatures. It surprises with its sapidity and fine, pleasant bubbles. An ideal companion for social aperitifs.
