Blend: Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese, and Marzemino
Storage: Preferably at a controlled temperature. It fears heat and light.
Slightly deep pink. Depending on whether the yeasts are put back in suspension or not, it appears more or less veiled. Intense and fragrant fruity aroma, with a scent of red fruit well integrated with yeast notes. Fresh, savory, and persistent on the palate. Refreshing. Present effervescence without being intrusive, which enlivens and tantalizes the drinker.
