Bulgarini - Brut Rose
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Bright, pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. Hints of rose, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, tropical fruit. Harmonious, persistent, lively on the palate with a pleasant acidic sensation and notes of sour cherry and cherry. It has a long finish and carries with it some subtle soft notes.

WINEMAKING Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures ensure the transfer of all the best aromatic molecules present in the grapes to the must. Rosé color obtained by macerating whole grapes for a few hours at low temperature. The sparkling base undergoes refermentation in autoclave with the Charmat Method for a period of 3 months. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.

PAIRINGS Perfect with shellfish, raw fish, and very spicy fish soups. It pairs well with pizza and cold cuts. Perfect for both an aperitif and a toast at the end of a meal.
