The Valtènesi Rosa, a new and more rigorous interpretation of an enological exclusivity of the Brescia Riviera of Lake Garda focused on the Groppello grape variety. An authentic wine from the territory born from an ancient vocation codified over a hundred years ago by the Venetian senator Pompeo Molmenti. A few hours of contact between the must and the skins of the red grapes from the territory and then the ritual of nighttime racking. At that precise moment, guided by the skill of the cellar master, the Valtènesi Rosa takes on the freshness and temperament of the Groppello berries, which determine its character. It is a wine that encapsulates centuries-old tradition, the strength of all the land that produces it, and the elegance of rosé winemaking. The color is pink with light ruby nuances; the aroma is fresh, intense, fragrant, rich in fine floral notes reminiscent of roses, and fruity notes linked to small red fruits; the taste is savory, round, and balanced with a saline base and slightly almond notes.

Production
From grass-covered vineyards, worked under rows, cultivation without synthetic chemical products using beneficial insects in the vineyard. Productivity is 60 quintals per hectare.

Harvest and Winemaking
Manual harvest in small crates.
Traditional winemaking in accordance with the CCPB regulations. It is called "the wine of a night" because historically, to obtain its characteristic pink hue, the must was left in contact with its skins for one night. Aging is done in stainless steel tanks.
