GRAPES: Groppello Gentile, Sangiovese, Barbera, Marzemino
ORIGIN: Sicl Vineyard located in front of the winery in the territory of Moniga del Garda. Altitude 180 m above sea level. Clayey calcareous soil with slightly hilly slope. In literature, it is called the wine of one night because the must ferments only a few hours in contact with the grape skins.
VINIFICATION:
COLOR: Light Cherry
AROMA: Delicate, Floral with hints of Citrus.
TASTE: Fresh and Broad with a saline vein and nuances of bitter almond.
GASTRONOMY: Excellent companion to a good Pizza, appetizers, cold cuts, soups, risottos, white meats, fish and unbeatable with shellfish.
To be consumed young in the first years.
