Fermentation takes place at a low temperature, around 14°, and can last up to 25 days.
Ancient pink color with intense rose aromas, savory and with the right acidity and persistence. Awarded, during the Lega Ambiente event, by the oenology universities of Pisa and Bologna with the recognition of "Italian Excellence" in the vintages 2015, 2016, and 2017. Silver medal in Paris 2023 competition for rosés.
