Il Roccolo - Chiaretto
Riviera del Garda Classico Chiaretto
Riviera del Garda classic Chiaretto
Chiaretto is the typical wine of the western shore of Lake Garda. It is made from a blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera grapes. The grapes are vinified with a short maceration on the skins and fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. Its color is petal pink with violet reflections. The delicate, floral, and fruity aroma gives an intriguing fresh, fine, savory, and intoxicating taste. It is suitable as an aperitif or with vegetable-based dishes, lake and sea fish, cured meats, not overly structured meats, and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8-10°C.
