The study carried out at the University of Verona focused on using only the Groppello grape variety in the Gentile biotype for rosé winemaking. The results were remarkable, employing the most sophisticated techniques in temperature control, oxidation, and long-term color preservation. A flavorful, fragrant, elegant, extremely clean, pleasant, and intriguing wine.
