VITIGNI: 100% groppello (autoctono)
DESCRIZIONE: Colore rosato acquarello quasi petalo di rosa. Naso elegante, armonico, fragoline molto fresche, floreale delicato, sfumature agrumate, nota di minerale. In bocca pulito, bella acidità, molto secco, chiusura sapida. Elegante.
ABBINAMENTO: Ottimo sia come aperitivo sia a tutto pasto.
RESA ETTARO: 60 hl
VENDEMMIA: Raccolte a mano a metà settembre.
VINIFICAZIONE: Macerazione sulle bucce per 6 ore di acini interi seguita dalla pressione per ottenere solo il mosto fiore. La fermentazione e la maturazione avvengono in pochi mesi interamente in vasche d’acciaio inox.
