It is certainly the most characteristic wine of the appellation, obtained from a blend of red grapes from Garda vinified with a short maceration of the skins to obtain a pleasantly pink wine.
It differs from traditional rosés for its surprising floral and wild berry aromas, accompanied by a discreet acidity, which provides great freshness in taste sensations, and an exceptional structure for a rosé.
A wine to be enjoyed young to fully appreciate its bursting typicality, it pairs perfectly with many delicate and summer dishes, flavorful fish, white meats even fairly spicy, vegetables, grilled dishes, and Italian appetizers.
