WINEMAKING Whole grape maceration for 5 hours at low temperature, pressing, and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
No malolactic fermentation. Short aging, part of which in bottle.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Light pink color, with good olfactory intensity, fruity notes of small red fruits, raspberry, sour cherry, crunchy cherry. Floral notes of violet and rose. Balanced on the palate, intense with pronounced acidity and accentuated savoriness that invites another sip, with good persistence.
PAIRINGS Versatile with meat and fish dishes, pizza, and charcuterie.
