

The Botticino DOC Colle degli Ulivi is obtained from 40% Barbera grapes, 30% Sangiovese, 20% Marzemino, and 10% Schiava Gentile. Barbera grapes provide acidity and freshness, Sangiovese adds roundness and elegance, Marzemino contributes to the color, while Schiava Gentile brings finesse and delicate aromas.
