DON LISANDER
Riviera del Garda Classico
UVE:Groppello Gentile 60%, Barbera 15%, Sangiovese 15%, Marzemino 10%.
ORIGINE:Important red wine. The name comes from the founder of the company, Alessandro Materossi, nicknamed "Don Lisander". The selected grapes, 50% of which are first left to wither for at least two months in an open and aerated environment, are then pressed in a traditional way. Subsequently, the wine is aged for at least 15 months in 225-liter oak barrels and at least 9 months in the bottle before being put on sale.
COLORE:Intense and brilliant ruby red.
PROFUMO:Broad and continuous with healthy wine notes, rich in hints of violet and undergrowth fruits.
GUSTO:Dry without severity with a pleasant bitter note, round and velvety, warm at first in the mouth and then caressing on the palate.
GASTRONOMY:Pairs well with flavorful first courses and all poultry and game dishes, can also be enjoyed after a meal. Uncork the bottle an hour before; it is recommended to pour it into a decanting carafe. Serve at 19°C.
