The grapes, after careful manual harvesting in small crates, undergo a gentle pressing followed by traditional winemaking methods and temperature-controlled fermentation, designed to best enhance aromas and flavors. It has an intense ruby red color with strong aromas of raspberries, sour cherries, and berries. Low tannins and a generous explosion of red fruit make this the kind of wine that most Cabernets would aspire to be. This is an easy-drinking classy style that belies the flavor and quality of this wine. You will probably need a second bottle, juicy and luscious!
