The name of this wine comes from San Vincenzo, the protector of vineyards and winemakers. A saint whom, in ancient times, farmers used to turn to in the hope of remedying natural disasters. An important name for a superb wine that is born from the withering of the grapes for 50/60 days in a local environment followed by pressing and long maceration until the complete transformation of sugars. The wine has a rich aroma of wild berries and a full, velvety, and warm flavor. It represents the pinnacle of power and fullness of Garda wines while maintaining the salinity of the morainic lands. This wine was first produced by us at Due Pini in 2001. It has an alcohol content of 15% vol which is not overpowering, making it a wine suitable for both contemplation and pairing with important and flavorful main courses. After vinification, it undergoes partial aging in oak barrels and the remaining in steel.
