Description
A traditional grape variety reinterpreted in a Garda version. Our Garda Cabernet is made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards located in the municipality of Sirmione, harvested in the first weeks of October. The maceration takes place in steel tanks and the aging in barriques for about a year.
