Bosco del Cervo Garda red DOC
Bright ruby red color; intense, pleasant, and persistent on the nose, with herbaceous notes, forest fruits such as blackberries and blueberries; while on the palate it is appropriately tannic, fresh, and savory. Established in 2015 in Gargnano, a small municipality in the province of Brescia located on Lake Garda, the company is located in a historically ideal area, due to its microclimatic conditions, for the cultivation of olives and lemons.
In the family's olive grove and vineyard, the company's headquarters, Diego has been able to develop a passion for olive growing over the years, acquiring from his father the local cultivation techniques and managing to combine them over time with current knowledge and processing systems.
Hand-picked grapes placed in wooden crates and left to dry for a few days in the attic, fermentation in steel, aging in barrels for 6-8 months, and refinement in the bottle for 6 months.
Gastronomic pairing, ideal with dry pastas with meat and game sauces, sausage risotto, grilled red meats, and semi-aged mountain cheeses.
