La Valle ROSÉ FRANCIACORTA BRUT MILLESIMATO D.O.C.G

A pure Pinot Nero, structured and powerful, with a strong character. These unique grapes come from the characteristic terraced vineyard "Roccolo"; they are vinified separately, thanks to a short maceration on the skins, giving the wine an enchanting rosé color, rich and bright, which naturally varies depending on the vintage.

With a fine and persistent perlage, it also shows a unique persistence on the nose, where red fruits, raspberry, cherry, as well as light smoky and herbal tones emerge.

On the palate, it reveals light tannic accents, an elegant acidity, and a discreet savory tone.

100% Pinot Nero, aged on lees for 40 months
