After 18 years since the foundation of Olearia Caldera, with the 2021 harvesting campaign, this oil is born with the aim of expanding the range of 100% Italian products. A product that combines high quality with a balanced price, in response to the needs of our increasingly attentive customers.

VARIETIES: 50% Frantoio and 50% Leccino
HARVESTING SYSTEM: Mechanical / Hand-picking
EXTRACTION METHOD: Continuous cycle
CHARACTERISTICS: On the nose, the Frantoio cultivar gives intense herbaceous and artichoke notes, softened by delicate hints of dried fruit and vanilla from the Leccino.
On the palate, it presents hints of fresh artichoke, aromatic herbs, green almond, and vanilla, with a finish of medium-intensity bitter and spicy notes in harmony with each other.
Visually, it appears as an intense green color.
