PRODUCTION METHOD: The oil is extracted using continuous cycle machines at 23° temperature
TOTAL ACIDITY: From very fresh and perfect olives, a very low acidity oil is obtained (0.1% - 0.2%)
AROMA: Subtle green fragrances of grass and almond
FLAVOR: Hint of ripe tomato, field herbs, olive, with a sweet undertone
PAIRING: Suitable for salads and fish dishes.
