SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries in Italy within 1-3 working days with express courier. In smaller locations and islands, deliveries take place within 2-4 working days. Orders placed by 2:00 PM are shipped the same day and delivered the next working day in 70% of cases. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handled by the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking link to follow every stage of the shipment.

We also ship to the United States; contact us for a quote on costs and delivery times.

CARRIERS USED

For express shipments, we use the carriers GLS, SDA, UPS, DHL.

We also inform you that it is possible to place an order and pick it up directly in-store.

INSURED SHIPMENTS

Our shipments are always insured in case of damage, theft, or loss to protect our customers to the fullest.

SECURE PACKAGING

Our orders are shipped in cardboard packaging made of 70% recycled and fully recyclable materials, tested and patented for the optimal transport of wine and spirits. We have chosen to completely eliminate plastic from our packages and to use the minimum amount of paper to ensure the maximum safety of the bottles and minimize our environmental impact.

Shipping costs are free for orders over €49.00. Gift vouchers are delivered via email and do not count towards the minimum order threshold for free shipping. Below €59.90, the shipping costs are as follows:

Shipping costs are free for orders over €79.00. Gift vouchers are delivered via email and do not count towards the minimum order threshold for free shipping. Below €79.00, the shipping costs are set at €19.00.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday generally from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We recommend providing an address where someone is always present, for example, a concierge, an office, or a trusted shop.

If different delivery instructions are given (e.g., leave the package in front of the mailbox/at the door), the courier does not assume responsibility for any discrepancies.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package or in case of a partial delivery, report the anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document that the courier will ask you to sign and specify the type of anomaly found.

In case of delivery delays, you can contact us within 5 days from the order date to allow us to perform the necessary checks with the courier.
